Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Toast the bread until golden and crispy.

    Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop into a bowl.

    Mash with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
